Authors register and submit their abstract submissions online. The system can also be configured to accept paper submissions.


Automated communication

Notification emails are sent to the authors and reviewing committee.

 


Blind review

Assign reviewers that can assess abstracts and make a recommendation for acceptance by completing an online form.


Final review

Final reviews are performed by assigned master reviewers. Choose from 'accept', 'decline', or 'send back for amendments'.

 


Event configuration

Organisers can add and edit any number of events. Configure submission categories, presentation methods.


Configure submission form

Organisers can add any number of additional fields to capture on the abstract submission form.

 


Abstract management

Search or filter on lists of abstracts. Edit abstract submissions in bulk.


Export

You can create a csv (comma separated value) export to open in a spreadsheet application like MS Excel. Export paper submissions in a zip file format.

 


Send bulk email

Send bulk email communication by filtering on specific sub set of authors or reviewers.


Programme schedule

Build a programme schedule of all the talks and generate a list or calendar view for inclusion in your event website.

 


Manage reviewers

Invite and assign reviewers to access specific abstract submissions.
